The summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and the U.S. President is scheduled to take place on June 12th in Singapore. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the United States aspires to have North Korea as a “close partner” and not an enemy. The U.S. is reportedly willing to help the North Korean economy if North Korea gives up nuclear weapons.
